Picture: The castle ruin of Everstein, as a highlight in Polle, is situated high on the mountain and offers its visitors an attractive panoramic view.

Polle is the home of Cinderella from the world famous brother Grimm fairy tale and enchants its small and big fairy tale fans. Since the year 1996 the Cinderella play is shown in the castle Polle every third Sunday from May till September at 3 p.m.
The 30-minute Cinderella play has become a part of the tourism offer of the Weser. The entrance is free.

Picture: The amateur play group offers a yearly changing program which contains a play for children and one for adults.

The museum of local history and navigation in Heinsen offers a documentation of the history of Polle as well as the development of the first rural and later also craft culture. You can learn about the early church tradition (document from the year 1036) and an associated school. In a special part of the exhibition the importance of the Weser shipping for Heinsen is shown.
